WiLL is excited to have been awarded a contract by the nationally recognized purchasing cooperative, BuyBoard. Named a vendor for contract 811-26 – Outdoor Street Lighting Products, WiLL now offers lighting systems for a wide variety of street lighting, roadway, site lighting, and parking lot applications.
This contract extends through October 2027, with options for two one-year extensions which, if exercised, will run the contract through October 2029.

Compliance
BuyBoard members meet state and local purchasing requirements through the interlocal purchasing agreement. This allows member organizations to bypass the tedious and often costly public bid process.

WiLL was competitively procured and vetted, so members don’t have to go out for bid. BuyBoard is available throughout the United States, wherever the use of purchasing co-ops is allowed.
Competitive Pricing
Combining the purchasing power of local governments allows members the leverage to achieve better pricing through economies of scale and reduced RFQ administrative costs. BuyBoard actively vets and reviews pricing so you don't have to.
Trust + Transparency
BuyBoard is member-focused and member-governed by a board of directors and has been serving school districts and state and local governmental entities nationwide since 1998. BuyBoard has experience you can trust.
Who Can Take Advantage of Purchasing Co-ops?
BuyBoard and other purchasing cooperatives are open to all types of local government agencies. Common members include:

Note: public/government organizations and agencies also require approval from the proper governing bodies to participate in purchasing cooperatives. Those who qualify simply complete the Interlocal Participation Agreement, which can be found here on the BuyBoard website. Membership is free, and revenue used to operate the Cooperative is largely funded by vendor service fees.
