Replacement Parking Garage Lighting for Parkcrest Harbour Island Condominium Rental Agency

Parkcrest Harbor Island Condominium Rental Agency was looking for the best way to improve energy efficiency, cost-effectively. In addition to the exorbitant cost of providing energy, the cost of maintenance on out-of-date fixtures was taking a toll. The project required WiLL to replace out-of-date HID lighting with LED. After consultation, WiLL noted several challenges to the Parkcrest Harbour Island light fixtures upgrade.

1. The location for the upgrade was an island with limited storage space. As a result, Parkcrest could only process small quantities of lights incrementally.

2. All and any upgrade decisions had to be met with Advisory Board approvals and a meeting to inspect the fixtures before determination.

Our priority was to determine the best HID replacement fixture that would fit the needs of the client as expressed. To assist Parkcrest Harbor Island in comfortably transitioning its challenges, we provided two fixture samples at no cost through the WiLL "Pilot Lighting Program". This allowed the Advisory Board to review and approve the high-quality LED fixtures. WiLL was happy to resolve the coordination challenge by providing shipments best fit the client's time schedule. This adjustment in coordination with the client, allowed them plenty of time to both install and test the lighting. In the end, we had another satisfied customer!
