Digital Content + Campaign Manager
POSITION BACKGROUND
- Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin / Hybrid
- Type: Full-Time
- Reports To: Marketing Lead / Director
- Travel: Up to 25% as needed for job site/project content capture
We’re looking for a digital content and campaign manager who can take the incredible things we do—products, installs, customer wins, innovation, and manufacturing—and turn them into a consistent, high-performing digital engine.
You’ll collaborate across departments to listen, capture inputs, and distill what matters into a clear content plan. You’ll own the content calendar and distribution system across website content, newsletter, social, project/customer/company digital assets, and digital campaigns. You’ll also capture and edit content so it can be turned into: the right formats, on the right channels, with the right cadence, with measurable results
This role blends content creation + content management + marketing ops + performance optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content System + Planning
- Collaborate for content intake across teams and maintain a forward-looking content calendar
- Write simple creative briefs (audience, story angle, key messages, deliverables, shot list, approvals)
Capture + Edit
- Capture photo/video for projects, products, customer installs, events, and company activity
- Edit and package content for platform-ready use (clips, captions, thumbnails, photo selects, exports)
- Turn one capture session into a “content package” usable across channels & maintain asset library
Channel Ownership (Website, Email, Social)
- Produce and optimize newsletters (cadence, sections, CTAs, testing, performance tracking)
- Plan, publish, and optimize social content across priority platforms
-
Create and maintain reusable project/customer/company digital assets (spotlights, proof content, 1-pagers, clip sets) with the team
Campaign Ops + Web Dev + Podcast Distribution Support
- Coordinate campaigns across channels with clean UTMs, naming, and reporting
- Work with web developers on requirements for landing pages, forms, tracking, and QA before launch
- Support podcast and brand content releases by owning the “final file → published everywhere” workflow (uploads, metadata, scheduling) and packaging assets (clips, copy, email blocks, UTM links)
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 90 Days
- Content operating system onboarding (intake + briefs + calendar + asset library + templates)
- Consistent publishing across priority channels (website + email + core social)
- Repeatable capture/edit workflow that reliably turns projects into finished assets
- Baseline reporting established (channel metrics + campaign tracking standards)
6-12 Months
- Reliable engine turning company activity into high-performing digital content
- Clear improvements in consistency, engagement, key website traffic, email performance, and campaign outcomes
- Digital asset library is actively used by internal/external teams because it’s organized, current, and easy to access
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
Required
- 2–5+ years in digital content marketing, content distribution, or campaign execution
- Strong writing/editing and ability to translate technical work into clear outcomes
- Hands-on photo/video capture in real-world environments (job site/manufacturing/event)
- Practical editing skills (short-form + basic long-form; captions, thumbnails)
- Working knowledge of email marketing, social publishing tools, basic analytics, and campaign tracking
- Technical familiarity with digital assets: formats/file types, compression/quality tradeoffs, platform requirements (aspect ratios, metadata, captions)
- High attention to detail (accuracy matters: product names, customer names, claims, context)
Nice To Have
- B2B manufacturing / construction / electrical / lighting experience
- Basic SEO and website content best practices (titles, headings, internal linking, YouTube metadata)
- Experience coordinating requirements with web developers and/or agencies
- Familiarity with CRM concepts and reporting
TRAITS THAT WIN AT WILL
- Producer Mindset: You drive content from idea → brief → publish → iterate
- Systems Thinker: You build repeatable processes and improve them over time
- Taste + Performance: You care about quality and can explain what’s working (and why)
- Cross-Functional: You can pull inputs from sales/engineering and keep approvals moving

- insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Professional growth opportunities in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with facilities in Fond du Lac, WI.
- Potential for hybrid work location.
